Inspired by the East Mediterranean

Located on St Vincent Street, the ever growing central restaurant hub of Glasgow City Centre, Mezzidakia has opened it’s doors to the public.

Mezzidakia is the sister restaurant to two of Glasgow’s favourite restaurants – Topolabamba Mexican Kitchen and Chaakoo Bombay Cafe – offering a taste of the Eastern Mediterranean. The name “Mezzidakia” is inspired from the Turkish word “meze”, that historically found its way to Greece from Turkey many years ago.

The purpose of Mezzidakia is two-fold: to complement and enhance the taste of meze wines, ouzo, raki and to provide the backdrop for a social gathering.

The flavours you will find on our menu are inspired from the dishes of Turkey, Morocco, Lebanon, Persia and Greece, taking you on a culinary journey through the Eastern Mediterranean.
