Mezzidakia is the sister restaurant to two of Glasgow’s favourite restaurants – Topolabamba Mexican Kitchen and Chaakoo Bombay Cafe – offering a taste of the Eastern Mediterranean. The name “Mezzidakia” is inspired from the Turkish word “meze”, that historically found its way to Greece from Turkey many years ago.
The purpose of Mezzidakia is two-fold: to complement and enhance the taste of meze wines, ouzo, raki and to provide the backdrop for a social gathering.
Collectively, we have brought you a menu that allows you to experience a restaurant that is almost hand-created in its use of materials, from hand blown lights, reclaimed ropes, kiln dried timbers, and much that would adorn the tavernas and restaurants of this beautiful part of the world.
